Idaho County is the largest County in Idaho. It covers 8503 square miles and was established on February 4, 1864 by the first Idaho Territorial Legislature. Idaho County is located in the North Central Region of Idaho through which the Clearwater River, the Salmon River, and the Snake River all flow.
