Location: Idaho County Clerk's Office Recorder's Department 320 West Main, Rm 5 Grangeville, Idaho 83530
Office Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Including the lunch hour Except State holidays
Requirements: The following items are necessary for obtaining a passport:
- Driver's License, State-issued Identification Card, or proof of citizenship
- Original Birth Certificate, State Certified Copy of Birth Certificate, or original passport
- Original naturalization papers, if naturalized citizen
- Two passport photographs
- Cannot be Polaroid or digital - Must have white or off-white background - Must be 2" x 2" in size

EXPEDITED SERVICE--PASSPORT BOOKS ONLY |
| Expedited Service is an additional $60 per application + two-way overnight delivery, which is highly recommended. One-way, overnight return delivery and expedited service is an additional $76.25 per application to the U.S. Department of State. |
| *Customers may apply for the Pasport Card beginning February 1, 2008. However, card production will not begin untill spring 2008. The Passport Card cannot be expedited. | |
