REQUIREMENTS

The following items are necessary for obtaining a passport:

  • Driver's License, State-issued Identification Card, or proof of citizenship
  • Original Birth Certificate, State Certified Copy of Birth Certificate, or original passport
  • Original naturalization papers, if naturalized citizen
  • Two passport photographs
    - Cannot be Polaroid or digital
    - Must have white or off-white background
    - Must be 2" x 2" in size

PASSPORT FEES:

Passport Book

Passport Book may be used for all international travel by air, lane and sea to and from the U.S.

EXPEDITED SERVICE--PASSPORT BOOKS ONLY

Expedited Service is an additional $60 per application + two-way overnight delivery, which is highly recommended. One-way, overnight return delivery and expedited service is an additional $76.25 per application to the U.S. Department of State.

*Customers may apply for the Passport Card beginning February 1, 2008. However, card production will not begin untill spring 2008. The Passport Card cannot be expedited.
