6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.  Those unable to enter Open Class and 4-H exhibits on Wednesday morning may enter at this time.  Open Class and 4-H Building  (no animals may be entered on Tuesday evening) 

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 19th

8:30 a.m. - RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY opening of the 2009 Idaho County Fair

9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. - Enter 4-H FAMILY & CONSUMER SCIENCE and 4-H SPECIALTY Projects, 4-H Building

9:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. - Enter Open Class exhibits, Open Class Building

9:30 a.m. – 4-H Rabbit Show, Vernon Agee Livestock Pavilion 11:00 a.m. – 4-H Poultry Show, Vernon Agee Livestock Pavilion 

11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - JUDGE 4-H EXHIBITS, BUILDING CLOSED DURING JUDGING 

1:00 P.m. to 6:00 p.m. - JUDGE OPEN CALSS EXHIBITS, BUILDING CLOSED DURING JUDGING

1:00 p.m. - 4-H Dog Show, Vernon Agee Livestock Pavilion 

1:30 P.M. – PIGTAIL CONTEST – Arena Building 

3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. - ENTER AND WEIGH IN 4-H LIVESTOCK 

7:00 p.m. - 4-H FASHION SHOW Presentation of all 4-H Home Economics & Specialty Projects awards, Arena Building 

THURSDAY, AUGUST 20th 

8:30 a.m. - 4-H LIVESTOCK FITTING & SHOWING, Vernon Agee Livestock Pavilion 

2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.  -  Kids Karnival, City Park 

5:00 p.m.  -  7:00 p.m.  -  cattlemen’s beef bbq, City Park 

7:00 p.m. – Two-Minute Talent Show, Arena Building

  

FRIDAY, AUGUST 21st

8:30 a.m. - 4-H LIVESTOCK QUALITY JUDGING, Vernon Agee Livestock Pavilion

2:00 p.m. - CHAMPIONSHIP 4-H HORSE FITTING AND SHOWING CONTEST, Fair Grounds; CHAMPION 4-H SHOWMANSHIP CONTEST AT CONCLUSION OF ALL LIVESTOCK JUDGING 

2:00p.m. – 7:00 p.m.  -  Kids Karnival, City Park 

4:00 p.m.  -  7:00 p.m..  -  PRAIRIE booster club potato bar, City Park

7:00 p.m. - ROYALTY EVENING - Introduction of Royalty Candidates 

8:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. – 10^1h Annual Green Swing Dance, sponsored by the 4-H Ambassadors, Agee Building
